Firstly, if you are an article marketer or bum marketer, using such keywords will get you ranking in top placements in the search engines really fast.

Secondly, if you are using PPC, targeting a specific long tail, low competition keyword phrase for your keyword, landing page content, ad title and ad content will bring down the cost of your ads really fast. Install it and run the tool. See the screenshot below when I try to check if the keyword “working from home” is worth targeting.

It pretty much tells you a great deal about the sites that are ranking well for the keyword “working from home”. If you see most of them with a high PR and tons of backlinks, this is a good sign that you should avoid it!

But if the sites that are ranking well for the keyword phrase are all low PR pages with small number of backlinks, the keyword phrase could just be the low competition keyword phrase you are looking for!
